25ml Baileys Irish Cream
25ml blue curacao
25ml sambuca
25ml cointreau

Mix the Sambuco and Cointreau in a cocktail glass and then light it up with a lighter. Bols and Baileys should be in seperate glasses. (you will need someone to help) The cocktail glass should be on fire when you start to drink. If you want, you can count down to 3 and then start to drink, at the same time someone should pour baileys and bols to the glass you-re drinking from.

It's the best drink i know!!!

Layered Cheeky Vimto

1 Bottle WKD Blue
50ml port

Add ice to glass, open wkd and pour all contents. EXTREMELY gently and slowly pour the port ontop of the wkd and it will settle above, lookin more impressive than the standard cheeky vimto.

The original is a quality drink anyway, but this one looks more impressive. Cheers!

Dampen your first finger and thumb then stick in sugar. Suck sugar off your fingers down shots of frozen vodka from shot glass and then bite into a slice of lemon

Lemon Lime and Bitters

5 parts lemonade
few drops bitters

splash a few drops of bitters on ice then add 5 parts lemonade 1 part lime cordial.

splash pineapple juice
1 shot creme de noyaux
2 shots dark rum
1 shot malibu

Shake all together with ice and pour into a whisky glass

if possible make one of the rum shots bacardi black and the other naval rum

1 slice lemon
small amount Ground Coffee beans
small amount sugar

Mix 15ml vodka with 15 ml frangelico. Sprinkle sugar on one side of lemon slice and coffee grounds on the other. Down shot, follow with lemon.

Mellow and buzzy at the same time!

garnish fresh lychee cut in half and split over the glass

untill the glass is half full pink grapefruit juice
45ml vanilla vodka
15ml soho lychee liquer
5 peaces Fresh pinaple
8 sprigs Fresh mint

In a bosten muddle fresh mint then pinaple with a little palm suger, add lychee liquer, vanilla vodka and grapefruit juice, add ice to the top and shake!!! fill a tall caterlina glass to the top with ice and strain over the fresh ice, top up with chi, garnish with lychee.

A great drink for the girls!

Lip Smacker

4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
1 (small, peeled and deseeded) tomato
1 measure orange juice
2 tsp lime juice
1 chopped spring onion
1 (small, deseeded, chopped) red chilli
1 pinch caster sugar
1 pinch salt
1 dash tabasco sauce

Put crushed ice, tomato, orange juice, lime juice, spring onion and chilli in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass, stir in the sugar, salt and Tobasco sauce. Decorate with a lime slice and chilli rosette.

Variations: Hot Lips, Open Prairie Oyster.

splash of peach schnapps (archers)
2/3 shot goldschlager
drizzle of jagermeister

Splash a tiny bit of Schnapps into the bottom of a shot glass, add the Goldschlager, then carfully layer on a bit of goldschlager (pour into the top of the side of the shot glass)

Pretty much the same as the other recipies for this shooter, but the splash of archers makes the goldschlager and jagermeister separate more clearly.

top up glass pineapple juice
25ml creme de bananes

fill glass half with ice. add malibu, midori, then creme de bananes. all 25ml. then top up glass with pineapple juice, shake and pour. top off with a chunk of pineapple on a cocktail stick with a cherry. well-ah!

1 part Pineau des Charentes
1 part blood orange juice

Stir over ice & serve. Be careful with the amount of orange juice as it's very acidic, but offsets the richness of the other two ingredients.

1 measure (sparkling) apple juice

Put cracked ice cubes into mixing glass. Pour apricot juice, lemon juice and apple juice over ice and stir well. Strain into chilled highball glass, decorate with lemon twist.

Variations: Apple Frazzle, Bite the Apple, Prohibition Punch, Red Apple Sunset.

Long Beach Ice Tea

1 part triple sec
splash sweet & sour mix

Shake the alchohol together with a splash of sweet & sour mix and pour together into a tall glass. Top up with Cranberry Juice (I suggest between 1/2 shot to a shot of each liquor)

pour all items in to mixin tin with ice shake strain and pour over ice

Long Island Iced Tea

3 count sweet & sour mix
3 count cola

Fill collins glass with 3/4 full with ice. Add vodka, rum, triple sec, gin and sweet and sour into a cocktail tin. Shake and pour into glass. Add cola.

Long Island Iced Tea

1 Measure triple sec
3measures orange juice
to topp up the glass coke

In a tall glass , add ice and all the ingredients and stir well. It should have the appearance of cloudy tea. Top with a piece of lemon

Very yummy & very very decieving. It will get you hammered after only about 2 so drink with caution

Long Vodka

1 whole lime(s)
lemonade
angostura bitters

take a large glass and sprinkle in about 5 drops of bitters turn the glass so that the bitters are spread all round the glass. take 1 whole lime, half it and squeeze the juice into the glass and rub one half round the rim and then put it in the glass. add vodka top with lemonade

can be done with lime cordial but better with fresh lime
