Ling Ling

garnish fresh lychee cut in half and split over the glass
fill to the top chi
untill the glass is half full pink grapefruit juice
45ml vanilla vodka
15ml soho lychee liquer
5 peaces Fresh pinaple
8 sprigs Fresh mint

In a bosten muddle fresh mint then pinaple with a little palm suger, add lychee liquer, vanilla vodka and grapefruit juice, add ice to the top and shake!!! fill a tall caterlina glass to the top with ice and strain over the fresh ice, top up with chi, garnish with lychee.

A great drink for the girls!
